Wise 2K™ Application Technology
Car-Rep has an exceptional application process employing patented Wise 2K® Technology that combines 2-components (hardener & resin) in a single reusable can. The hardener becomes activated when sprayed, not before.
This makes Car-Rep very easy to apply, with products that are reusable and have an unlimited pot life in the original can.
NO wasted product and the protection you only get from any Car-Rep 2K epoxy product are part of an entire product system. They may also be combined with other coatings.
Car-Rep 2K Epoxy Quality Sprays ensure a very strong shiny finish without dripping, which is extremely durable and UV-resistant. Automotive applications include Metal, Aluminum, Galvanized Metal, and any previously coated surface (PU, epoxy or powder).
It is advisable to do a basecoat compatibility test when covering any alkyd/solvent coating. Car-Rep 2K Spray coatings also bond well to Copper, Chrome, Wood, Stone, Ceramics, Glass and most Plastics.
2K Epoxy Primers
Our 2K Spray Primers contain anti-corrosion pigments that create a humidity and chemical resistant surface. They provide an adhesion bridge layer for putties, and compatible with all kinds of metals plus carbon fiber materials and most automotive plastics. 2K Epoxy Top Coats
These high-performance epoxy spray formulations create hard, chemical resistant surfaces for rough use along with a very durable finish. This is a great product for any automotive application, especially when direct to metal is a consideration. No primers or clear coats are required, however when utilized these will only strengthen the final result.
2K Epoxy Primer Filler

2K Polyurethane Clear Coat
