Ultra-Premium quality Acrylic latex floor coating modified with Epoxy Esters (in water-soluble resins) are useful to help with providing some protection from chemical resistance, better adhesion and increased flexibility on floor surfaces..

This coating can help with resisting efflorescence on brick or cement walls.

Best results come from properly prepared interior or exterior floors.

Only for foot traffic.
