Evercrete Vetrofluid®

Description

Evercrete is a deep penetrating sealer formulated specifically for concrete. As a spray, it is quick and easy to apply, making concrete waterproof, anti-carbonation and antacid, sealing the microporosity permanently, adding years to construction projects.

• Increases the cortical compressive strength of concrete by 30%
• Resistance in the negative pressure of 1 MPa – ca 10 atm
• Good for 300 freeze-thaw cycles
• 70% reduction to the absorption of water under pressure

Evercrete Vetrofluid® also protects concrete from deicing salts and freeze-thaw cycles. It is great for underground structures, concrete roofs, decks, tunnels. It is suitable for waterproofing surfaces for food use and drinking water containers. Being Eco-friendly and non-toxic Evercrete is EPD and LEED certified and completely solvent-free with zero VOC.

Application

Evercrete can be applied on horizontal, vertical and counter-thrust concrete, mainly with spray on from low-pressure pumps. A roller or brush can be used for details or completely for smaller projects.

clean the surface and wet it 24 hours before Evercrete application
shake the product well before and fill spray pump whole preparing an ecobox
apply the first coat and second coats

Complete cure in 36 days but can be recoating within hours for additional coatings or plasters, not affected by humidity.

Yield

Waterproofing Concrete: Yields approximately 25 m/kg
Consolidating & Protection: 43 m /kg are sufficient.

Yields will vary with the conditions of the treated concrete.
